We want you to love your Casablanca Shorts. If not, returns are easy within 14 days of delivery on eligible, unworn items.

Return Eligibility
- Return window: within 14 days of delivery as shown in the carrier’s tracking.
- Condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered items with original tags, labels, and any liners attached. No stains, odors, or signs of wear.
- Packaging: include original polybag/box and accessories where possible.
- Proof of purchase: required for all returns and exchanges.
Non‑returnable items
- Items marked Final Sale
- Underwear or swim bottoms without hygiene liners/seals intact (if applicable)
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom items
Knit and crochet pieces may naturally relax slightly with wear; this is not considered a defect.
Exchanges
- Free size exchanges within the US for the same style and color, subject to stock.
- If your requested size is unavailable, you can select an alternate color or receive a refund/store credit.
- Price differences for alternative selections will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Return Shipping & Fees
- United States: return labels are available; a flat $8.95 return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund. Exchanges ship free.
- International: customers are responsible for return shipping. Duties/taxes are non‑refundable; you may reclaim them from your local customs office where applicable.
- Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.
- No restocking fees.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected, typically within 3–7 business days.
- Store credit is available upon request and delivered as an e‑gift code.
- Bank processing times may add 3–5 business days.
- We’ll notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
International Returns
- Use a tracked, insured courier and keep your receipt.
- Mark the shipment as “Return of Merchandise” to avoid additional import charges.
- Any customs, duties, or taxes paid are non‑refundable by Casablanca Shorts.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
- Report issues within 7 days of delivery.
- Email photos and your order number to [email protected].
- We will arrange a replacement or refund and provide a complimentary return label where applicable.
Gifts
- Items marked as gifts at purchase can be returned for store credit to the recipient.
- Unmarked gifts will be refunded to the original purchaser.
Price Adjustments
- One-time price adjustment within 14 days of shipment if the identical item is reduced in price.
- Excludes limited-time promotions, coupon codes, or price changes at third-party retailers.
Holiday & Seasonal
Orders placed between November 15 and December 31 enjoy extended returns through January 15 of the following year, provided standard eligibility is met.
How to Package Your Return
- Place unworn items in original polybag/box with tags attached.
- Include the packing slip or write your order number inside the parcel.
- Seal securely and affix the return label. Drop off with the specified carrier.

From the day the carrier marks your order as delivered.
Can I return items from multiple orders in one box?
Yes, but include each order number inside and generate a label for each return request to avoid processing delays.
How do I track my return?
You’ll receive a tracking link when your return label is created. We’ll email you upon arrival and once processed.
Can I return an online purchase in person?
At this time we process returns by mail only.
What if my item is worn or missing tags?
We may return the item to you or offer partial credit at our discretion. To ensure a smooth refund, keep items in original condition with all tags attached.
