• Complimentary US shipping on orders over $250 applies to eligible merchandise and standard service only.
• Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays due to carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the address provided. Verify your address carefully.

8. Returns & Exchanges

• We offer easy 14‑day returns on eligible items in original condition, with tags attached and packaging included.
• Certain items may be final sale for hygiene or other reasons, as indicated on the product page.
• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after inspection. Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless otherwise required by law.
