How We Ship
Carriers
- US: UPS, USPS, or FedEx depending on service and destination.
- International: DHL Express or equivalent tracked service.
- Signature may be required on orders over $500.
Addresses & Restrictions
- We ship to residential, business, PO Boxes (USPS), and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- We cannot ship to freight forwarders where fraud risk is indicated.
- We don’t ship to sanctioned countries or embargoed regions.
Duties & Taxes
- US orders ship duty-free; sales tax applied where required.
- International duties/taxes are calculated at checkout when supported; otherwise due on delivery.
- Refusal of delivery due to duties will be treated as a return; fees may be deducted.
Tracking & Delivery
- Tracking updates may take 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
- Carrier delays due to weather or customs are outside our control, but we’ll help you resolve issues.
- If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, contact us within 7 days.
Changes & Cancellations

- We cannot reroute packages once in transit; carrier intercept may be available for a fee.

Yes. PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses ship via USPS services. Transit times may be longer than standard courier deliveries.
Where supported, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout for prepayment (DDP). Otherwise, they are collected by the carrier upon delivery (DDU).
Please check with neighbors and building staff first. If still missing, contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier.
We can update the address before shipment. Once in transit, a carrier intercept or reroute may be available for a fee, depending on the courier.
